About Me & My Journey

Hey there! I’m Alex, the heart and soul behind Double A Network TechXpert, and I’m here to make tech work for you—whether it’s solving a tough problem, upgrading your system, or building something custom just for you. I’ve been immersed in technology since I was a kid, and I can honestly say that tech has always been more than just a job to me—it’s my passion.

I was born in the late '90s, and like many kids growing up around that time, video games were my world. But there was one small problem: I didn’t exactly have the luxury of upgrading my equipment every time something broke or became outdated. When my gaming console or computer started acting up, I didn’t have the money to just replace it, so I had to figure out how to fix it myself. That’s how it all started—fixing tech so I could keep playing my favorite games. A lack of funds turned into a massive opportunity to learn, and I was hooked.

By the time I was 15, I was building my own gaming PC from scratch. Saving up, researching, and putting together the parts—doing it all myself. It felt like a superpower to me. I realized that if I could do this for myself, I could do it for others too. That’s when I started to take IT seriously.

After high school, I enrolled in MyComputerCareer to deepen my knowledge, and that’s where I really got my foundation in IT. Along the way, I picked up certifications like MTA Windows Operating Systems, MTA Mobility & Devices, CompTIA A+, and the Information Technology System Administrator Certificate. But honestly, the certifications were just the formal side of things. The real learning happened through hands-on experience—whether it was troubleshooting a family members system, building a network, or fixing issues that seemed impossible at first.

Fast forward to today, I’m 26 years old, and after spending several years in the professional IT world, I’ve decided to take the plunge and start my own business. From working as a tech at Staples to managing IT services at multiple Managed Service Providers (MSPs), I’ve gained a wide range of experience. Now, I’m excited to put everything I’ve learned into creating a business that is all about solving real tech problems for real people.

I’m not your typical IT professional. I don't just "fix things" and walk away. I treat every client like family, and I genuinely care about making sure you’re happy with the solutions I provide. My mission is to grow this business in a way that’s authentic, transparent, and all about helping you get the best out of your technology. I want to build lasting relationships, not just client lists.

At the end of the day, tech isn’t just about computers, networks, or data. It’s about making life easier, more efficient, and even a little more fun. And that’s exactly what I aim to do—one IT miracle at a time.
